Landlord Gas Safety Certificates — CP12
Landlords in Northern Ireland are legally required to have gas appliances in rented properties inspected annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer. This produces a CP12 certificate — the landlord gas safety record — which must be provided to tenants within 28 days of the inspection.
