New Gas Boiler Installation

A new installation involves fitting a boiler, connecting it to the gas supply, installing the flue, running the necessary pipework and fitting the controls and thermostat. Once everything is connected the system is filled, pressurised and tested to confirm it is working safely before the engineer signs off the job.

Types of Boiler We Install

The right boiler depends on the size of the property, number of bathrooms and whether a hot water cylinder is being included.

A combi boiler heats water on demand with no cylinder required. Compact and well suited to smaller homes and flats.

A system boiler works alongside a hot water cylinder and suits larger properties where hot water is needed in several places at once.

A regular boiler works with both a cylinder and cold water tank, commonly specified for older-style systems or where a traditional setup is preferred.

Gas Supply and Pipework

For properties being connected to gas for the first time, the supply connection is arranged through the network operator before installation can begin. We can advise on how this process works and what needs to be in place beforehand. Where pipework needs to be run to new locations — in an extension or new build — our engineers plan and install the pipe runs as part of the overall job. Gas Safe Certification on Completion

Every installation is certified on completion by a Gas Safe registered engineer. The certificate confirms the work meets the required safety standard and should be kept with your property records. After Installation
